Deserts are dry, dormant spots, unless surprising precipitation makes them blossom. The Atacama desert in Chile is currently uniquely loaded with blossoms. Typically, it is the world's driest non-cold desert. In any case, now, after substantial downpours hit the territory, blossoms that laid lethargic sitting tight for water are sprouting.
